The bible verse today’s devotional is: 1 Peter 2:2 (NIV)
“Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation.”

Personal growth is not just an option—it is a necessity for living a fulfilling, impactful, and God-centered life. Growth allows us to overcome challenges, discover our purpose, and become the person God designed us to be. It shapes our character, prepares us for challenges, and aligns us with God’s purpose.
Joseph’s story (Genesis 37–50) is a powerful example. Once immature and boastful, he endured slavery and imprisonment but chose to grow. He developed diligence, wisdom, and leadership, making him ready for his destiny—to save lives during a famine.
Like Joseph, we must embrace growth to fulfill God’s plan.

R – Refines character (We become wiser and stronger)
O – Opens doors (Growth prepares us for greater things)
W – Widens impact (We can help and inspire others)
T – Teaches resilience (We navigate trials with faith)
H – Helps fulfill purpose (Equips us for our calling)

- How can I develop the patience and wisdom to trust God’s process?
- What lessons can I learn from Joseph’s journey of personal growth?
Let Us Pray:
Lord, I thank You for the journey of growth. Just as You shaped Joseph through trials, shape me into the person You have called me to be. Give me patience, wisdom, and faith to embrace the process. May I grow in character, purpose, and strength. In Jesus' name, Amen.
